The 85006 closed steel shelving upright assembly includes all the parts you need for one side of an 8000 series closed shelving unit. The 85006 closed steel shelving upright assembly includes two 84″h t-post metal shelf uprights. Lyon constructs the steel shelving post uprights out of 16-gauge, hot-rolled, formed steel. We punch the boltless shelving uprights with 1-1/16″ long parallel slots. These slots fit our shelf clips so you can adjust our closed metal shelving units on 1-1/2″ centers. One of each pair of slots is keyhole shaped so you can bolt on boltless shelving components and other accessories. We make the 12″d side panel from 24-gauge steel. Lyon spot welds the side panel on to the closed steel shelving uprights so you don’t have to worry about attaching it.
