The SEPCO ML2225 are saturated and sealed with the PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action. A surface coating of PTFE is applied after braiding to assure good break-in characteristics, also a special high temperature lubricant is added. The ML2225 is a great general service on rotary and reciprocating pumps, and agitators. Yarns are coated in PTFE suspensoid.This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action.
