Using experienced designers, Solidworks engineers, independent testing parties to provide substantial data and improved design, Hangerlok was created.
Improved materials offer improved performance and broader application opportunities. Using a Nylon 6/ 6 polymer, Hangerlok can be used inside facilities and also exposed areas. Using both a UV inhibitor and a flame retardant, Hangerlok is durable and halogen free. It is by far the best material for this product type.
Being UV resistant along with it&rsquos non-conductive qualities, Hangerlok&rsquos versatility makes it a must have one piece pipe hanger and conduit support system.
Over the years of selling the original auto-locking support and hanger, materials changed that did not meet market demands and certain applications. There needed to be a better product and Hangerlok met that need.

Screen chambers won't leak or crush
Both ends of the chambers are precisely machined. This means perfectly round and smooth seating surfaces, as well as a fixed chamber length. Since the screen seats snugly on the machined surface, no particle bigger than the screen opening can escape around the end of the screen.
Screwed retainers easy in, easy out
Straight threads mean it takes less torque to achieve a tight seal with proper gasket compression. Less torque is also required to remove the retainer. For you, that means less danger of "freezing in" than with hard-to-break tapered pipe threads.
Off-center blowdown connections for better dirt removal
Off-center drains on 2-1/2" and 3" strainers allow you to remove liquid and dirt nearly completely when blowing down the strainer. Also, less liquid will spill when the screen retainer is removed.

The Armstrong CD-33 is a disc-style trap designed to control the traps cycle rate. By reducing the cycle rate, the Armstrong CD-33 extends its service life well beyond that of typical disc traps. This enhanced performance minimizes maintenance time and greatly reduces steam costs.
The CD-33 is designed with three discharge ports, which offer stable disc operation to extend operating life. The capacities of the Armstrong CD-33 have been engineered specifically for the following applications large steam main drips, process equipment and HVAC heating equipment on constant pressure.
The CD-33L (low capacity) trap is designed for the low capacity applications of steam main drips and steam tracing lines.
