All valves use Chevron packings (sintered packings) and are subjected to factory Helium Leak tests. The UNP lining is anchored with dove tail grooves which make the valves suitable for both pressure and vacuum applications.The standard PFA lined ball valve that we offer is full port, however reduced port can be offered by special order.Any lined valve is an investment as they are typically used in critical applications. Quality valves will help reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. With that understanding, UNP has made the standard body casting material ASTM A 216 Grade WCB carbon steel. UNP offers all metal components in investment castings, ensuring intact and homogeneous lining and having an overall even thickness of lining at intricate contours. Stainless steel CF8M bodies are available for special order as well.
