Midland Copper Press Ball Valves are a heat-free method for joining copper tubes. Our press valve allows installers the confidence to know the joint is secure due to our leak-detection o-ring. During low pressure testing, if the joint is not pressed properly, the specialized o-ring will leak. This allows the installer to correct the press before the system is operational at higher pressures.

- ML4002 is engineered with finely ground particles of the highest quality graphite in a PTFE matrix to control graphite migration. SEPCO ML4002 is 100% GFO fibers with the W. L. Gore seal of approval.
This Comp packing is an excellent, all around packing exhibiting good thermal conductivity characteristics resulting in higher shaft speed, feet-per-minute (fpm) ratings.
Part #:800545
- Multi-Lok braided high-purity carbon fibers made from a PAN base, with a minimum carbon content of 95.0%. (Staple fibers from PAN produce a more flexible packing than filament fibers, which tends to fracture when bent. Each individual strand is coated with pure PTFE and cured before braiding. During the braiding process, pure PTFE is applied throughout the body of the packing. The packing is lubricated under hydraulic pressure with a proprietary nonpetroleum lubricant, containing no sulfur, silicone, or waxes.
Part #:805061
- ML402 features a blend of synthetic fibers treated with specially formulated lubricants with a saxoline base.
The lubrication formulation makes the extra difference. The ductile nature of the lubricant prevents wicking and provides superior sealability.
The packing is constructed with a Multi-Lok braid and each strand is individually coated with graphite. The packing receives a final secondary surface coating of graphite.
Part #:805070
- Braided carbon yarn with Inconel wire inserted over a pliable homogeneous core of material. The braid is made from a high temperature, Inconel wire inserted yarn. The finished packing is treated with a high temperature graphite lubricant and a corrosion inhibitor.

- Unlike other PTFE fluorocarbon filament packing, SEPCO prelubricates the fibers of the ML2235 to provide a softer, more flexible packing, with improved peripheral speed characteristics and exothermic properties.
No glazing at higher speed applications, inert, lower coefficient of friction, thermal resistance to 500F/260C and high compressive strength.
Part #:805090
- The SEPCO ML2225 are saturated and sealed with the PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action. A surface coating of PTFE is applied after braiding to assure good break-in characteristics, also a special high temperature lubricant is added. The ML2225 is a great general service on rotary and reciprocating pumps, and agitators. Yarns are coated in PTFE suspensoid. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action.
